Each user may hold only one account on 45br, linked to their CPF. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Registration is free and available exclusively to users aged 18 and over.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by 45br — including Sports Betting, live casino, poker, crash games and all other features available on the platform accessible at 45br.best ("Platform").

The verification process is completed within 24 business hours. Documents that are illegible, expired or do not match the registered information will be rejected and the user will be asked to resubmit. Betting and deposits remain available throughout the verification process.
One account per CPF: 45br strictly allows one account per CPF. If multiple accounts belonging to the same user are identified, all accounts will be closed and only the real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, following a review of account activity.
The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out on their account. The 45br strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available in account settings, as an additional layer of security.
If unauthorized access or account compromise is suspected, the user must immediately contact the support team at 45br via 24h chat. A preventive account block can be requested at any time and is processed immediately.

The 45br communicates with users via their registered email and phone number. It is the user's responsibility to keep this information up to date. Communications sent to the registered contact are considered received by the user, regardless of read confirmation.
The 45br accepts Brazilian payment methods only. Available options include: Pix (instant transfer via CPF, random key, or QR Code), boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via any Brazilian bank or fintech — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, C6 Bank, and others.
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 for all available methods. Pix deposits are credited automatically within seconds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Boleto deposits are credited within 2 business hours after bank clearance. Credit card deposits are approved within 30 minutes.
The user confirms that all funds deposited on the Platform are legitimately owned by them and do not originate from any illegal activity. The 45br reserves the right to request proof of source of funds in cases that raise reasonable doubt, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Deposits made in a third party's name or through another person will be returned to the original payment method, less any applicable bank fees, and the account may be closed for breach of the Terms.
If a deposit fails due to a technical error, the user must contact support with proof of the transaction. The 45br will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed, credit the amount within 24 business hours. Undue chargeback attempts with your financial institution may result in account closure and legal recovery proceedings.
To request a withdrawal on the 45br, the user must: have completed the identity verification process (KYC), have made at least one deposit into the account, and have an available balance equal to or greater than R$ 20.00 (minimum withdrawal amount). Bonus balances still subject to rollover are not available for withdrawal.
The preferred withdrawal method is Pix, processed within 5 minutes for verified account holders. Gold-tier VIP Program members have withdrawals processed within 2 minutes; Platinum and Diamond members receive instant withdrawals. TED bank transfers are processed within 1 business day. The 45br does not charge any withdrawal fees.
Withdrawals must be made to an account held in the same name as the CPF registered with the 45br. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the account holder's CPF.
The 45br may carry out additional verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in cases of unusual transaction patterns. This review may take up to 48 business hours. The user will be notified at their registered email address if additional documentation is required.
Real balance vs. bonus balance: Your 45br account balance consists of real balance (deposited funds and released winnings) and bonus balance (subject to rollover). Only the real balance is available for withdrawal. The Platform clearly displays the distinction between both balance types on the account screen.
The 45br reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet prior to confirmation, at any time and without providing a reason. Confirmed bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (manifest pricing errors) may be voided by 45br, with a full refund of the amount wagered.
Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results published by the relevant competition governing body. For Brazilian football (Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), results are considered final at the referee's final whistle, including extra time where applicable to the specific market. For volleyball, the result is based on the official set score at the end of the match. For MMA and UFC, the result follows the official decision of the relevant athletic commission.
Live betting at the 45br are processed with dynamic odds that reflect the current state of the game. During periods of high volatility, some markets may be temporarily suspended for recalibration. Bets placed during a temporary suspension are automatically rejected and no funds are deducted.
If a match is permanently suspended before completion and does not resume within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on unresolved markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets already settled before the suspension remain valid. Postponed matches that take place within 48 hours of the original date will keep all bets active.
Parlay bets combine two or more events on a single ticket. If any event in a parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated using the remaining events. The parlay bonus from 45br applies automatically to bets with 4 or more selections, adding a 10% boost to net winnings.
The welcome bonus at the 45br grants 100% on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of R$ 1,000.00. To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be at least R$ 30.00. The bonus is automatically credited once the deposit is confirmed.
The standard rollover at the 45br is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount received. Only bets that meet the following criteria count toward the rollover:
The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days of receiving the bonus. Bonuses not used within that period are automatically removed from the account.
The 45br offers regular promotions, including weekly cashback for VIP members, boosted odds on selected Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Superliga de Vôlei matches, risk-free bets on special events, and reload bonuses. 45br reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with at least 24 hours' prior notice to affected users. Promotions are for personal use only and are non-transferable — any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in their cancellation and may lead to account closure.
The casino section of the 45br includes slots from multiple providers, Live Casino with real dealers (roulette, baccarat, blackjack and game shows), crash games and instant games. The 45br provides RTP (Return to Player) information for each game on its respective game page. RTP represents the theoretical return percentage over many rounds — it is not a guarantee of results in individual sessions.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino or slot round, the 45br records the game state at the time of the interruption. If the round had been completed before the failure, the result stands and is settled as normal. If the round was not completed, the bet is automatically refunded. 45br employs all reasonable technical resources to ensure Platform availability and stability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. In the event of downtime due to maintenance or technical failure, 45br will notify users in advance whenever possible and accepts no liability for indirect losses resulting from temporary unavailability.
The maximum liability of the 45br toward any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the available balance in that user's account at the time of the relevant event.
The 45br may update these Terms at any time, with at least 7 calendar days' prior notice to users via registered email and a prominent announcement on the Platform. Changes required by law or regulation may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notification.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date and receive a refund of your available real balance as described in Clause 10.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018). Sports Betting operations in Brazil are subject to the regulations established by Law 14.790/2023 and any additional rules issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through the support team at 45br. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the courts of São Paulo — SP are elected as the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
